- What are your customer's or prospects saying about you?
- What keywords are consumers using to identify businesses similar to yours?
- Are there new updates in your industry?
- Are there new ways to improve service delivery & the products you offer?
Listening lets you stay aware and ahead of any issues that could be looming. Some pointers to guide you;
- Set up google alerts for your business name & keywords in your industry to get notifications that let you stay up-to-date.
